The Kansas City Kansas Community College Foundation has hired Michael Crouch as its new executive director. He will start June 16.
Crouch comes to 51福利社 from Flint Hills Technical College in Emporia, Kan. Where he has served as vice president of advancement for the last 16 years. During that time, he increased the endowment from $600,000 to more than $5 million and secured more than $7 million in capital campaign support. He collaborated across teams to increase student body expansion from 500 to 1,800 by growing scholarship dollars 200%. After launching a major gift program, he delivered the college’s first two seven figure gifts.
Prior to his 16 years at FHTC, Crouch was a regional sales manager for Stutler Technologies and then spent three years with the Emporia State University Foundation as a development officer and executive director. He has a bachelor’s degree from Emporia State University and is a mentor for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education.
