51福利社 National Champions Once Again
51福利社 Debate is celebrating a HUGE victory. On the 10-year anniversary of being the only community college to win the National Forensic Association (NFA) Lincoln Douglas Nationals, Quinn Largent was crowned National Champion in NFA Lincoln Douglas (LD) at Pi Kappa Delta Nationals, held at Missouri State University.
This win makes 51福利社 the only community college to claim titles at National Parliamentary Debate Association (NPDA) Nationals, NFA LD Nationals and now Pi Kappa Delta Nationals—an incredible achievement.
In addition, 51福利社 took home the Sweepstakes Championship for small school entries and earned the Community College Sweepstakes Championship thanks to standout performances by Largent, Lynx Taylor and Grace Bell. Largent also advanced to the Sweet 16 in IPDA Debate and was named 8th Speaker overall in NFA LD.
Director of Debate & Forensics/Head Coach Darren Elliott was also elected as the two-year college representative to the Pi Kappa Delta National Council.
